Krrisha Patel

Founder and CEO

Krrisha Patel, the founder and executive lead, has a special interest in the field of medicine, especially neurosurgery and cardiac surgery. As a child, she has always known she wants to pursue a career in medicine. Passion4Med was created out of her dedication towards the medical field. Krrisha aims to educate people all around the world about the medical field and hopes to get more people interested in it. She also aims to help those interested in medicine, get a head start in their career as a future medical professional by providing great opportunities.

Shreya Gullapalli

Research Team Director

Shreya Gullapalli is a student located in Tampa, Florida. She has been interested in the health care and medical field since she was very young. She aspires to become be a neurosurgeon. She has great experience with writing research papers and understand the research process thoroughly. Shreya loves working with Passion4Med to work alongside others who are just as fascinated by medicine!

Arfath Chowdhury

Content Team Director and Website Manager

Arfath Chowdhury has always had a passion for STEM, especially healthcare. She enjoys learning more about medicine, science, mental health, and healthcare every chance she gets. She loves sharing resources and opportunities with others to further their careers. In her free time, she loves playing board games, card games, watching movies, cartoons, animation, volunteering, and playing badminton! She aims to make medical resources more accessible and bring awareness about current events to students across the globe!

Arushi Chintakayala

Podcast Team Director

Arushi Chintakayala is student located in New Jersey. She aspires to become a trauma surgeon. Aside for her passion for medicine, she goes cross country, plays competitive soccer, likes to travel, and bakes in her free time! She is also interested in biomedical engineering and philosophy.

Simran Athwal

Blog Team Director

Simran Athwal is a fourth year student at UCLA. She is majoring in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics (MIMG), and triple minoring in Global Health, Community Engagement, and Society and Genetics. Her career goal is to become an Ophthalmologist. During her spare time, she loves to wrestle, play pool, walk her dog, and read. She loves being apart of Passion4Med to be able to be in an inclusive space, be provided with connections and opportunities relevant for the medical field.

Ashton Modi

Engagement Team Director

Ashton Modi is a medically-driven student from Hockessin, Delaware. He aspires to improve global health and healthcare disparities. He displays phenomenal social networking and community outreach skills. In his free time, Ashton loves to volunteer at local hospitals and host community blood drives. Ashton is ecstatic to be apart of the Passion4Med team!

Swetha Krishnamoorthy

Resource Creation Team Director

Swetha Krishnamoorthy is a student located in Illinois and has a great passionate for public health and pediatrics. She aspires to be a pediatrician and enjoys being taking on various leadership roles to enhance her great skills. Swetha loves being apart of Passion4Med to meet various people across the globe who have a passion for medicine and loves educating them.

Tiffany Way

Human Resources Team Director

Tiffany is a student located in San Diego, CA. She aspires to become a neurologist. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, playing the piano, and learning several languages. As part of Passion4Med, Tiffany enjoys meeting people who have the same interests as her, and she hopes to inspire others to pursue a career in medicine.

Kristine Osinuga

Secretary

Kristine Osinuga resides in Elkton, MD. She plans to attend Johns Hopkins University and double major in Neuroscience and Spanish. She aspires to become a neurosurgeon. She is a great listener, very attentive, and is always ready to learn new things. In her free time, Kristine likes to sing, listen to music, and watch movies. She enjoys being a part of Passion4Med to be apart of a welcoming community where she can meet people with similar interests and educate and learn from others.

Serena Yung

Secretary

Serena is a student with passion for biology and psychology. They are organized, and very dedicating in helping others however they can! In their free time, they enjoy drawing, listening to music, gaming, and coding. Serena looks being apart of Passion4Med to meet others with similar interests and help them achieve their future career.

Avanthika Vuppala

Outreach Coordinator

Avanthika Vuppala has always been interested in medicine and STEM-related subjects. Her ambition is to pursue a career in biomedical engineering. She enojoys being apart of Passion4Med to work alongside a fantastic community full of people who are dedicated to working in the healthcare industry.

Trisha Shukla

Events Coordinator

Trisha Shukla is a student who is located Illinois. She has always had an interest in the various fields of medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending her time hiking, exercising, and reading, and is always interested in learning new things. She hopes to get more people intrigued by the medicine field and choose healthcare as a future career.
